Get Insured, Get 5 SmartSaver Promotion Terms and Conditions

      • PROMOTION OVERVIEW 
        1. The HelloGold x Senang Get Insured, Get 5 SmartSaver Promotion (“The Promotion”) is organised by HelloGold Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 1170189-H) (“HelloGold”) and sponsored by Senangnvs Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 1292191-A) (“Senang”). The Promotion is governed by these terms and conditions, including any subsequent amendments thereto (“Terms & Conditions”).
        2. All Customers in the Promotion will be deemed to have accepted the Terms & Conditions.
      • ELIGIBILITY
        1. The Promotion is open to new and existing Malaysian HelloGold PRO users between 18 – 40 years old (“Customers”).
        2. For the avoidance of doubt, please refer to the FAQ for the transaction limits relating to HelloGold Basic and PRO accounts.
        3. Employees of HelloGold are not eligible to enter the Promotion.
        4. Customers currently enrolled in the Micro Lifestyle Insurance goal before the commencement of the Promotion Period are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
        5. Customers currently participating in any other HelloGold SmartSaver promotion (such as Save Smart, Win Smart) may participate in this Promotion.
      • SIGN-UP PERIOD, SAVINGS PERIOD & MECHANICS
        1. To qualify:
          1. Customers must subscribe to the Micro Lifestyle Insurance Goal and successfully transfer a minimum savings amount of RM30.00 and the premium amount of RM3.00 between 18th October 2021 at 1:00:00 am until 31st October 2021 at 11:59:59 pm according to GMT+ 8 in Malaysia (both dates inclusive) (“Sign-Up Period”).
          2. Customers are required to maintain their subscription and continue to fund their Micro Lifestyle Insurance goal at a savings value not less than their minimum fund amount for a minimum duration of 3 consecutive months according to the respective Customer’s Savings Period ranging between 18th January 2022 until 30th January 2022 at 11:59:59 pm without missing the SmartSaver due date (both dates inclusive) (“Savings Period”).
        2. The date Customers successfully subscribe and fund their Micro Lifestyle InsuranceGoal, constitutes the commencement of their Savings Period (“Commencement Date”). The Savings Period follows a monthly cycle which recurs on the same date each month. For example, if you subscribe and fund on 31 October 2021, you will need to promptly fund before the end of your next monthly cycle payment due date on 30 November 2021 and your subsequent payments due dates will recur on the 30th.
        3. Only successful transactions received during the Sign-Up Period shall be considered as part of this Promotion.
        4. A reminder email will be sent to your registered email address to alert you to add funds 7 days before the payment due date for the next monthly cycle.
        5. Customers who fail to fund the minimum savings amount by the stipulated due date for each monthly cycle during the Savings Period will be disqualified and the Micro Lifestyle Insurance goal will be automatically be cancelled.
        6. Customers who cancel their subscription anytime during the Promotion and Savings Period will be disqualified.
        7. HelloGold reserves the right to extend or shorten the Sign-Up and Savings Period at their own discretion without prior notice.
      • REWARDS
        1. Upon successfully completing the requirements in the ‘Promotion Mechanics’ above, Customers will receive RM5.00 bonus gold from HelloGold (“Gold Reward”).
        2. This Promotion is limited to the first 400 users who complete their Savings Period on a first come first serve basis only.
        3. The Gold Reward will be deposited into the Customer’s main HelloGold account by 14 February 2022 at 11:59:59pm
        4. The Gold Reward will be calculated as the buy price at the date and time (Kuala Lumpur time) the transfer occurs based on the time period stated in term 17.
        5. Once the Reward has been credited into the Customer’s account, he/she will be notified via email. HelloGold will not be liable for any failed notifications due to third party systems errors and / or users unsubscribing from HelloGold’s email list.
        6. HelloGold reserves the right to substitute the Gold Reward for other rewards of equivalent value without prior notice, at its absolute discretion.
        7. HelloGold reserves the right to disqualify any Customer from receiving the Gold Reward, at its sole discretion, if the Customer does not comply with the terms and conditions of this Promotion or HelloGold’s main product terms and conditions, policies and/or operating procedures.
      • GOLD SAVINGS
        1. At the end of the Savings Period, if a Customer successfully completes funding their goal for 3 consecutive months, the Customer may continue to fund their Micro Lifestyle goal for a further 9 months. Upon completion of a full 12-month period, the amount saved relating to their Micro Lifestyle Insurance goal will automatically be transferred to the Customer’s main HelloGold account.
        2. If a Customer does not complete funding their goal within any month throughout the Savings Period, the Micro Lifestyle Insurance goal will automatically be cancelled and the amount saved relating to their goal will also be automatically transferred back to the Customer’s main HelloGold account.
      • DISCLAIMER
        1. The Customers understand and agree that their participation in the Promotion is at their own risk and HelloGold is not liable to any person whether in tort, contract, statute or otherwise for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages or costs in connection with their participation in the Promotion.
        2. HelloGold makes no representation or warranty whatsoever pertaining to:
          1. the continuous, uninterrupted and error-free operation of the Promotion;
          2. the accuracy of information and statements in the Promotion page; Facebook page and ads with external approved partners; and
          3. the security and freedom from any computer viruses or other harmful properties.
        3. The Customers acknowledge and agree that to the fullest extent permitted by law, HelloGold disclaims all liabilities for any claims for damages, losses, costs and expenses arising from participation in the Promotion.
        4. HelloGold reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, the mechanics or processes of the Promotion at any time without any prior notice and the Customers shall be bound to such amendments.
        5. All other terms and conditions of the HelloGold SmartSaver Terms and Conditions apply. In the event there is a conflict, the Get Insured, Get 5 SmartSaver Promotion Terms and Conditions prevail.
      • INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
        1. The Promotion and all information published and related to it (including text, graphics, symbols, icons, software and trademarks) are protected by copyright and trademark and remain the sole property of HelloGold.
      • PERSONAL DATA
        1. HelloGold collects personal identifiable information to provide services or to correspond with the Customer. This information is stored in a manner appropriate to the nature of the data by HelloGold and is used to fulfil the Customer’s request(s). By submitting the Customer’s personal information, HelloGold deems that permission is given by the Customer to HelloGold and/or its authorised agents to use this information for the purpose of present and future marketing and promotional purposes and to improve its products and services. If the Customer informs HelloGold via the Careline at [email protected] that the above information should not be used as a basis for further contact, HelloGold will respect the Customer’s request. The Customer’s information will not be provided or shared with other companies or partners for their independent use.
      • FORCE MAJEURE
        1. HelloGold shall not be liable for any default in respect of the Promotion due to any act of God, acts of Government, war, riot, strikes, protests, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, storm, technical or system failures or any event beyond the reasonable control of HelloGold.
      • GOVERNING LAW
        1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
