HelloGold x Boosted SmartSaver 2.0 Promotion Terms and Conditions

      • HELLOGOLD x BOOSTED SMARTSAVER 2.0 PROMOTION OVERVIEW 
        1. The HelloGold Boosted SmartSaver 2.0 (“the Promotion”) is organised and sponsored by HelloGold Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 1170189-H) (“HelloGold”) and Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 1214970-T) (“Boost”). The Promotion is governed by these terms and conditions, including any subsequent amendments thereto (“Terms & Conditions”).
        2. All Participants in the Promotion will be deemed to have accepted the Terms & Conditions.
      • ELIGIBILITY
        1. The Promotion is open to new and existing HelloGold users who have an active Boost account (“Participants”).
        2. Participants currently participating in any other HelloGold SmartSaver promotion (such as MadMatch SmartSaver) may participate in this Promotion.
        3. Employees of HelloGold are not eligible to enter the Promotion
      • SIGN-UP PERIOD, SAVINGS PERIOD & MECHANICS
        1. To qualify for the cashbacks and lucky draw entry:
          1. Participants must subscribe to the Boosted SmartSaver 2.0 goal, successfully fund a minimum of RM150.00 or more per month and pay with Boost between 3 August 2020 at 1:00:00 am until 4 September 2020 at 11:59:59 pm (both dates inclusive) (“Sign-Up Period”).
          2. Participants are required to maintain their subscription and continue to fund their Boosted SmartSaver 2.0 goal at a savings value of not less than their minimum fund amount for a minimum duration of 6 consecutive months from the date the participant made their first funding without missing the SmartSaver due date (“Savings Period”). The end of the Savings Period ranges between 3 February 2021 or up to 4 March 2021 at 11:59:59 pm (both dates inclusive).
          3. Participants must fill in details of their full name as per MyKad or passport, email, mobile phone number registered with HelloGold, answer a question in the form provided within the Promotion Period (“Participation Form”)
          4. Participants will be rewarded cashbacks and an opportunity to enter the Boosted SmartSaver 2.0 Goal Lucky Draw (as stated in term 13) if they reach the following milestones:
            1. Milestone 1: Save for the 1st and 2nd month inclusive
            2. Milestone 2: Save for the 3rd and 4th month inclusive
            3. Milestone 3: Save for the 5th & 6th month inclusive
        2. The date Participants successfully subscribe and fund their Boosted SmartSaver Goal, constitutes the commencement of their Savings Period (“Commencement Date”). The Savings Period follows a monthly cycle which recurs on the same date each month. For example, if you subscribe and fund on 3 August 2020, you will need to promptly fund before the end of your next monthly cycle payment due date on 3 September 2020 and your subsequent payments due dates will recur on the 3rd. In monthly cycles that do not have the same monthly cycle payment due date, for example, if your fund date is on 30 August 2020, your subsequent payment due date in September will be the 30 September 2020 and your subsequent due dates will recur on the 30th for all months after except for February 2021, which will recur on 28 February 2021.
        1. A reminder email will be sent to your registered email address to alert you to add funds 7 days before the payment due date for the next monthly cycle.
        2. All transactions received before or after the Sign-Up Period shall automatically be disqualified and are not eligible for this Promotion.
        3. Participants who fail to fund the minimum savings amount by the stipulated due date for each monthly cycle during the Savings Period will be disqualified.
        4. Participants who cancel their subscription anytime during the Promotion and Savings Period will be disqualified.
        5. HelloGold reserves the right to extend or shorten the Sign-Up Period at their own discretion without prior notice.
      • REWARDS
        1. Participants who successfully transferred funds to their Boosted SmartSaver 2.0 goal and completed the 3 milestones set during the 6-month Savings Period will:
          1. receive RM5 HelloGold cashback into their HelloGold Subwallet on the Boost app (“Cashback”) (Milestone 1)
          2. receive another RM5 HelloGold cashback into their HelloGold Subwallet on the Boost app (“Cashback”) (Milestone 2)
          3. stand a chance to be one of the lucky 30 winners to win RM500 worth of gold in the Boosted SmartSaver 2.0 Lucky Draw (“Gold Prize”) (Milestone 3)
      • In the event Participants fail to reach a milestone, they will not be eligible to receive the said reward or prize for that milestone. Further, if a Participant reaches Milestone 1 and not Milestone 2, they will only receive ONE (1) RM5 Cashback relating to Milestone 1. If a Participant reaches Milestones 1 and 2 and does not reach Milestone 3, they will receive TWO (2) RM5 Cashbacks relating to Milestones 1 and 2 but not have the opportunity to enter the Boosted SmartSaver 2.0 Lucky Draw.
        1. Participants who successfully reach Milestone 1 and Milestone 2 are entitled to receive a maximum of ONE (1) HelloGold Cashback only per milestone.
        2. The Cashbacks will be credited by Boost into the Participant’s HelloGold Subwallet in their Boost account on the following dates:
          1. Milestone 1: 10 November 2020 – 18 November 2020
          2. Milestone 2: 8 January 2021 – 18 January 2021
        3. The Boosted SmartSaver 2.0 Lucky Draw will be conducted on the 10 March 2021. If the draw date falls on a public holiday, HelloGold shall have the right to proceed with the draw on the working day proceeding the day of the holiday.
        4. The lucky draw winners shall be selected at random, either by hand or by other means and methods (which may be manual or computerized) as the Company may determine in its sole and absolute discretion. (“The Winner”).
        5. The Gold Prize will be credited into the winners’ main HelloGold account within 5 working days after the draw is made.
        6. The Gold Prize will be calculated as at the buy price at the date and time (Kuala Lumpur time) the transfer occurs based on the dates stated in term 17.
        7. Once the Gold Prize has been credited into the winners’ account, they will be notified via email. HelloGold will not be liable for any failed notifications due to third party systems errors and / or users unsubscribing from HelloGold’s email list.
        8. If the Participant fails to transfer the minimum savings amount each month through manual funding via Boost payment within 6 days upon receiving the first email reminder sent for each due date, the Participant is not entitled to receive any Cashback or Gold Prize.
        9. If a participant cancels their subscription anytime during the Sign-Up and Savings Period, they are not eligible to receive any Cashback or Gold Prize.
        10. This Promotion is limited to the first 2,000 users who reach each milestone on a first come first serve basis only.
        11. HelloGold reserves the right to substitute the Cashback and Gold Prize for other rewards of equivalent value without prior notice, at its absolute discretion.
        12. GOLD SAVINGS
          1. At the end of the Savings Period, if a Participant successfully completes funding their goal for 6 consecutive months, the amount saved relating to their Boosted SmartSaver goal will automatically be transferred to the Participant’s main HelloGold account.
          2. At the end of the Savings Period, if a Participant does not complete funding their goal for 6 consecutive months, the Boosted SmartSaver 2.0 goal will be available to allow funding contributions until the Participant completes funding for 6 months. However, the Participant may not be eligible for all of the rewards as the Savings Period has ended.
        13. DISCLAIMER
          1. The Participants understand and agree that their participation in the Promotion is at their own risk and HelloGold is not liable to any person whether in tort, contract, statute or otherwise for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages or costs in connection with their participation in the Promotion.
          2. HelloGold makes no representation or warranty whatsoever pertaining to:
            1. the continuous, uninterrupted and error-free operation of the Promotion;
            2. the accuracy of information and statements in the Promotion page; Facebook page and ads with external approved partners; and
            3. the security and freedom from any computer viruses or other harmful properties.
          3. The Participants acknowledge and agree that to the fullest extent permitted by law, HelloGold disclaims all liabilities for any claims for damages, losses, costs and expenses arising from participation in the Promotion.
          4. HelloGold reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, the mechanics or processes of the Promotion at any time without any prior notice and the Participants shall be bound to such amendments.
          5. All other terms and conditions of the HelloGold SmartSaver Terms and Conditions apply. In the event there is a conflict, the Boosted SmartSaver 2.0 Promotion Terms and Conditions prevail.
        14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
          1. The Promotion and all information published and related to it (including text, graphics, symbols, icons, software and trademarks) are protected by copyright and trademark and remain the sole property of HelloGold.
        15. PERSONAL DATA
          1. HelloGold collects personal identifiable information to provide services or to correspond with the participant. This information is stored in a manner appropriate to the nature of the data by HelloGold and is used to fulfil the participant’s request(s). By submitting the participant’s personal information, HelloGold deems that permission is given by the participant to HelloGold and/or its authorised agents to use this information for the purpose of present and future marketing and promotional purposes and to improve its products and services. If the participant informs HelloGold via the Careline at [email protected] that the above information should not be used as a basis for further contact, HelloGold will respect the participant’s request. The participant’s information will not be provided or shared with other company or partners for their independent use.
        16. FORCE MAJEURE
          1. HelloGold shall not be liable for any default in respect of the Promotion due to any act of God, acts of Government, war, riot, strikes, protests, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, storm, technical or system failures or any event beyond the reasonable control of HelloGold.
        17. GOVERNING LAW
          1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia
