You can now access your HelloGold account through a browser based experience using any of your devices. Using HelloGold on the web, you can:
- Register for an account (for new users only)
- Buy and sell gold instantly
- Check your gold balance
- Withdraw cash whenever you need
- Save monthly with SmartSaver
- Send gold to your loved ones
- Redeem physical gold
- Refer us to your family and friends
I already have a HelloGold account on my mobile, how do I access it on the web?
If it’s your first time logging in to your HelloGold account via a web browser, you’ll receive an email to reset your password to activate access to your account on the web. Follow the steps below to ensure a smooth setup on the web version.
Is my HelloGold account password on the web the same as my mobile?
For now, your HelloGold account password created on the web version is different and separate from the password on your mobile to ensure user security. It’s important to note that resetting your password on the web will not change or affect your account password on your mobile.

I have created a HelloGold account on the web, how do I access it on my mobile app?
If it’s your first time accessing your HelloGold account on a mobile app, you will need to recover your account on the mobile app to activate access.
Once you have downloaded HelloGold on Google Play, App Store or Galaxy Store, follow the steps here to recover your account. You will be requested to set a new password for your mobile app login which is separate from your login password via the web.
BOOST send me an email informing that I can buy gold through BOOST apps but when I try to log in , it was unsuccessful. why? Both my email address and regiostered phone number is the same. so what is the problem.
To access your HelloGold account on the Boost app, you will first need to activate your access to HelloGold via a web browser. Go to https://web.hellogold.com and follow the steps listed in this article under the section titled: “I already have a HelloGold account on my mobile, how do I access it on the web?”
Once you have completed steps 1 – 5 and have activated your HelloGold web login, you can try accessing your account on the Boost app.
